The Blues secured the regional crown after a tense encounter that went into extra time, before Rayon Sports found the decisive goal to complete a memorable victory on home soil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The triumph sparked huge celebrations inside Amahoro Stadium, with thousands of passionate Rayon Sports supporters celebrating their team\u2019s return to the top of East and Central African football.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rayon Sports entered the tournament as one of Rwanda\u2019s representatives and continued to grow in confidence throughout the competition. Their success is another important chapter in the club\u2019s history, particularly after the team had already shown strong form against regional opposition during the tournament.
