Rayon Sports Appoints Frenchman Hugo Tricárico as New Goalkeeping Coach

Rayon Sports have appointed French coach Hugo Tricárico as their new goalkeeping coach ahead of the 2026/27 season. He will work alongside club legend Eric Ndayishimiye, popularly known as “Bakame”, in preparing the team for the upcoming campaign.
The management of the Rwandan giants expressed their delight in welcoming the coach, who previously served in the same role at Vannes Olympique Club in France. His main mission will be to improve the performance of the club’s goalkeepers and help them reach a higher competitive level, both in domestic competitions and on the international stage.
Tricárico comes with a strong background in goalkeeper development, having trained through the academy system of OGC Nice, one of France’s well-known football clubs. Before joining Rayon Sports, he also worked with several French teams, including Racing Club Pays de Grasse U-18 side, FC Mougins Côte d’Azur, and US Mandelieu La Napoule.
Meanwhile, Rayon Sports continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season. The club has recently signed several players, including Nizeyimana Mubaraka, Ndayishimiye Didier, Nshuti Didier, Nisingizwe Christian, Abbel Matumona, Charles Tchouplaou, and Ndikumana Fabio.
The arrival of Hugo Tricárico is seen as another important step in Rayon Sports’ efforts to build a stronger team capable of competing for major trophies in the 2026/27 season.
